About Modern Way Impact

Modern Way Impact is a United States 501(c)(3) public charity founded by Zane Richardson to protect children, strengthen families, and help underserved communities build safer, healthier, and more hopeful futures.

Our organization delivers humanitarian relief and long-term community support through fourteen mission-driven programs addressing children’s nutrition, family food assistance, clothing and winter relief, education, scholarships, youth mentorship, safe shelter, disaster response, community development, health and hygiene, refugee assistance, workforce readiness, vulnerable children, and international humanitarian outreach.

Modern Way Impact places particular emphasis on supporting Black communities, Muslim communities, children, refugees, and families experiencing poverty, displacement, food insecurity, educational disadvantage, or emergency hardship. At the same time, our services are guided by need and offered without discrimination based on religion, race, nationality, culture, or background.

    Our mission is to improve the lives of children and families by meeting urgent needs, expanding access to education and opportunity, and strengthening the communities in which they live.

    We work to provide practical support that protects human dignity, including nutritious food, clothing, safe-shelter assistance, educational resources, scholarships, mentorship, emergency relief, wellness support, and pathways toward long-term stability.

    We believe meaningful impact begins by listening to communities, understanding their needs, and responding with respect, accountability, and compassion.

    Our philosophy is centered on dignity before publicity, empowerment before dependency, and long-term opportunity alongside immediate assistance. We do not define people by their hardship. We recognize their strength, potential, culture, and ability to shape their own future.

    Every Modern Way Impact initiative is designed to move individuals and communities from urgent need toward greater security, education, confidence, and self-sufficiency.

What Makes Us Different

Modern Way Impact brings fourteen connected humanitarian programs together under one coordinated mission. This allows us to support the whole journey of a child or family rather than addressing only one isolated need.

A family may receive food assistance during a crisis, winter clothing for their children, educational materials for school, mentorship for a teenager, and scholarship or workforce support as that young person grows.

Our approach combines local community engagement with international humanitarian outreach, immediate relief with long-term development, and compassion with responsible program management.

We are committed to serving with integrity, protecting the dignity of every beneficiary, forming trusted community partnerships, and measuring our impact honestly. Through focused action and shared responsibility, Modern Way Impact works to create stronger children, stronger families, and stronger communities for generations to come.

Who We Serve

Modern Way Impact serves children, families, and underserved communities facing hardship, poverty, displacement, food insecurity, educational barriers, housing instability, and other humanitarian challenges. Our programs support students, refugees, newcomers, disaster-affected communities, orphaned and vulnerable children, and individuals working toward greater stability and opportunity. We place particular emphasis on supporting Black communities, Muslim communities, and other underserved populations while providing assistance based on need, without discrimination based on religion, race, nationality, culture, or background.

Community Partnerships

Meaningful and lasting impact is achieved through collaboration. Modern Way Impact works alongside schools, mosques, churches, food banks, community centers, healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, corporate partners, and public agencies to expand access to essential resources and strengthen local communities. By combining knowledge, expertise, and shared commitment, our partnerships help deliver humanitarian programs more effectively, reach more people in need, and create sustainable solutions that empower children, families, and underserved communities for generations to come.
