Modern Way Impact’s Youth Skills and Workforce Readiness Program helps teenagers and young adults develop the practical skills, confidence, and professional preparation needed to enter the workforce and pursue stable careers.
Many young people face employment barriers because they lack professional networks, transportation, technology, interview experience, workplace clothing, certifications, or access to career guidance. Our program helps participants understand available pathways and prepare for them with purpose.

What We Offer
Program activities may include vocational training, digital-skills instruction, résumé development, interview preparation, workplace communication, financial literacy, entrepreneurship education, career coaching, certification assistance, apprenticeship guidance, job-search support, and professional mentorship.
Eligible participants may also receive transportation assistance, technology, training materials, work clothing, or support with approved examination and certification fees.

Who We Serve
The program supports young people from low-income households, underserved communities, refugee and newcomer families, foster-care backgrounds, unstable housing situations, and communities with limited access to career-development resources.
Participants may be pursuing employment, trade training, further education, entrepreneurship, or a transition from school into the workforce.
