Because each item is custom produced, merchandise is not manufactured until payment has been successfully processed.

If you receive the wrong product due to an error during fulfillment, please notify us promptly.

After verification, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the affected item.

10. Lost Shipments

If tracking indicates that a shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.

11. Returns

Because merchandise is custom manufactured specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns.

12. Exchanges

Because products are manufactured specifically for each order, exchanges are generally unavailable.

If an exchange is approved due to a verified manufacturing or fulfillment error, Modern Way Impact will provide instructions for the resolution process.

13. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once manufacturing has started, cancellation requests generally cannot be accommodated.

Customers should carefully review all order information before submitting payment.

14. Product Appearance

Actual products may vary slightly from images displayed on the Website due to factors such as:

• Printing methods
• Fabric characteristics
• Manufacturing tolerances

Minor variations do not constitute manufacturing defects.
